How long does a custom wheel take?+
Lead time is typically 4–6 weeks depending on material availability and complexity. We’ll share a firm schedule after your consultation.
Can you reuse my OEM core?+
Yes. Send us the original wheel and we’ll strip, re-core, and rebuild with your chosen materials. This preserves airbag and button functionality.
Do you work with sim rigs?+
Absolutely. We can convert OEM-style rims for direct-drive bases, or craft bespoke wheels with button plates, shifters, and custom wiring looms.
Which materials can I choose?+
Popular options include Nappa leather, Alcantara, perforated hides, forged carbon, mahogany, walnut, and brushed aluminum. If you have something specific in mind, let us know.
What warranty do you provide?+
All Apex Atelier wheels ship with a lifetime warranty on stitching, seams, and paddles. Electronics and haptics are covered for 24 months.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. We ship worldwide via insured carriers. Duties and taxes depend on destination; we’ll provide customs codes and documentation.
