We handcraft every wheel to order. Below you’ll find details on production timelines, delivery methods, and support.
Production & preparation
Every wheel is built to order. Production typically requires 4–6 weeks. Once finished, each wheel undergoes fitment and telemetry checks. You’ll receive photos and a final sign-off request before shipping.
Domestic delivery (UAE)
Orders within the UAE ship via insured courier. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. A signature is required upon receipt.
International delivery
We ship worldwide with DHL Express and UPS. Transit time depends on destination, typically 3–7 business days. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging & insurance
Wheels are packaged in custom foam crates with dust covers and care kits. Every shipment is fully insured for the purchase price.
Returns & adjustments
Because each wheel is bespoke, returns are limited to manufacturing issues. If adjustments are required (e.g., paddle spacing, grip refinements), contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange service.
Tracking & support
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your wheel leaves the studio. For updates, email shipping@apexatelier.com or use the order tracker within your account.
